  • We are located at 31 Lanark Rd, just on the outskirts of beautiful Perth, beside the Perth Planing Mill. 

  • We have plenty of free parking in our private, on site lot.

  •  We kindly ask that you come to your reservation solo, as we are a small, beautiful space with limited seating. 

  • We are a smoke free property, and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

  • Our Guests happiness is our number one priority. If for any reason you require an adjustment to your service, we will be happy to do so complimentary, so long as we are notified within 7 days of the original service date. Color and hair texturizing treatments are only guaranteed when supported by professional take home care, purchased from The Curly Red Head.

  • All sales are final.  Exchange only of Eufora products one week after purchase at salon discretion. Warranty of hot tools is provided by the manufacturer and must be registered by the consumer. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Please ensure the cleaning of all blow dryer filters once per week. The Curly Red Head cannot take back, exchange or refund any hot tool, no exceptions. 

  • The Curly Red Head strives to make our guests feel welcomed and appreciated every time you walk through our door. In an eco-friendly environment, a Salon Experience fee of 4% is applied to all service transactions. This fee helps us continue providing premium amenities, maintaining a clean and comfortable salon environment, and supporting advanced technology that allows us to operate efficiently and sustainably. 

  •  We value your time and strive to give you the full experience you deserve. To ensure we can provide the highest quality service, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please give us a call so we can do our best to accommodate you. In some cases, we may need to adjust or reschedule your reservation to ensure fairness to all our Guests. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly.

  • We truly value the time of both our Guests and our service providers. To help you keep track of your reservation, we provide reminder texts/ and or emails four days before your scheduled reservation. While reminders are a courtesy, your reservation remains your responsibility.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your reservation time may incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. Guests who do not call to cancel or who do not arrive for their reservation will be considered a "no show" and will be charged accordingly.

Tips to help you have the best experience.
  • We do our best to protect you and your valuables while you are visiting the salon.  However, we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged, clothing or personal belongings.

  • Please let us know upon booking your reservation if you have a prior commitment on the same day as the booking, that may not allow for a thorough service with your Stylist. We value your experience with us and want to make sure we can take the care and time that is required for your desired service reservation.

  •  Colour prices can vary depending on the service & hair. If you have concerns about the cost, please bring them up during your consult.

  • All services include a wash, blow dry and finishing. Prices are not altered should you decide you do not need one of the above. Get the shampoo…enjoy the experience!

  • The most efficient way to reserve an appointment is to give us a call. 613.201.6079. We aren’t always able to return email swiftly.

  • A thorough consultation lets your stylist get to know your hair, (what products you use that  will best compliment your style, and what consumer products to avoid for optimal hair style and  health)   and create custom service recommendations for you.
    Please disclose any/all chemical services to the best of your knowledge so our team can make the proper recommendations.

  • Healthy hair is our passion. Some colour services may take several appointments to achieve your hair goals safely..

  • We love featuring our gorgeous clients on Instagram. Capturing your appointment helps us promote our talented stylists!
